I am committed to my health. I’ve always been open to learning as much as I can to keep myself as mentally and physically healthy as possible. These are my good habits – and I’ve created a program to share them with you.
The program is all filmed, making it easy to follow with new content every day. I will show you the habits I use in my life, so you can try them and see if they can become a beneficial part of your life too.
Gut health expert Dr. Paul Froomes’, explains the science behind why I eat the way I do, and you’ll learn how it has dramatically improved my life.
With Dr Froomes guidance, we’ll share the meals you can prepare and eat over the 30 days. Simple meals that you can easily incorporate into your life beyond the program.
There will be options for both vegans and meat eaters.
Once a week, I will explain to you how I move energy in my body as a form of meditation. We will practice it together in a live session.
Throughout the program I will share how I’ve learned to process my stress, anxiety and overcome fears.
I will not be doing my healing work during the program. That remains free as always.
