I am committed to my health. I’ve always been open to learning as much as I can to keep myself as mentally and physically healthy as possible. These are my good habits – and I’ve created a program to share them with you. It will start in the New Year with a 30 day online program: 1st – 31st January 2019.



The program will be filmed, making it easy to follow with new content every day. I will show you the habits I use in my life, so you can try them and see if they can become a beneficial part of your life too.

GUT HEALTH

Gut health expert Dr. Paul Froomes’, explains the science behind why I eat the way I do, and you’ll learn how it has dramatically improved my life.

With Dr Froomes guidance, we’ll share the meals you can prepare and eat over the 30 days. Simple meals that you can easily incorporate into your life beyond the program.

There will be options for both vegans and meat eaters.

WEEKLY LIVE

Once a week, I will explain to you how I move energy in my body as a form of meditation. We will practice it together in a live session.

Throughout the program I will share how I’ve learned to process my stress, anxiety and overcome fears.

I will not be doing my healing work during the program. That remains free as always.

DAily LIVE MEDITATIONs

Meditation teacher Jeremy Carne will join me to show you how we meditate. We’ll guide you through two live meditations a day. After 30 days, I hope you’ll gain a deep understanding of the benefits of meditation and be motivated to include it in your everyday life.

COOKING

Chef Khanh Ong and I will demonstrate how to prepare a variety of my favourite meals for you to choose from everyday. He recently placed 3rd in MasterChef Australia.

The meals are easy to prepare and delicious.




3 VOLUNTEERS TO JOIN ME

I’m looking for 3 volunteers to help me. There’s a unique opportunity to experience the program here with me in Byron Bay, Australia. All travel, food, accommodation and expenses for the duration of the course will be covered. In return, your journey with me will be filmed so it can be viewed by future participants as they do the course.

To be considered, you’ll need to sign up for the course before the 7th of November and be available to travel to Australia from the 30th of November – 21st of December 2018. More details are included in your enrolment confirmation email.
